Lockbox
All lockboxes must be hung on the lockbox rail at the Scott entrance to the courtyard. You'll need to obtain the gate code by contacting our First Service Residential representative (see Contact) to enter the courtyard.
Lockboxes must be labeled with the unit number and the listing agent’s contact information.
Lockboxes should contain a condo key and key fob.
Instructions in MLS
Showing instructions should contain explicit instructions for finding the lockbox, condo, storage space and parking space(s). Thorough showing instructions will likely provide clients with a smooth viewing experience.
Essential Documentation
Most of the Items you need, you can find on our Forms and Documents page. Pay close attention to the Living at 1320 Fillmore, Rules and Regulations document for move-in and move-out information. If there's something else that you need, contact First Service Residential's manager on our Contact page.
Collect Keys and Access Devices
Locate condo, mailbox and storage keys; key fobs, and garage door openers. Make sure to provide them to the new resident prior to their moving into the property.
Locate Storage and Parking Space Information for Unit
Locate parking and storage units and provide directions to them in showing instructions. Parking space(s) per condo are deeded, there may be one or more, with overflow parking on the adjacent P2 or P3 levels.
Create a Closing Packet
Provide new resident with:
Remove Lockbox
Please remove your lockbox from the designated area prior to or shortly after closing. Don’t forget to pass keys within the lockbox onto the new resident.
**Lockboxes remaining 30 days or more after the sale will be discarded.
