For new residents, whether owners or renters, this page is important for orientating to your new home.
Please contact our First Service Residential representative before your move in. For their contact information, go to our Contact page on this site. They will need your move in date so we can get the large elevator ready for you and have you fill out a contact sheet. If you're a renter, be sure that the owner has provided First Service Residential with a copy of your lease. Additionally, they will give your contact information to a building volunteer who will be available to show you around the building and provide important information about your new apartment. In order to access your records and other pertinent information regarding 1320 Fillmore, sign up for the First Services Residential Portal by clicking on the button below.

Each unit contains individual water shut offs. To shut the water off to your unit, turn the handle that is located on a pipe that goes into the wall near the top of the water heater.
Each sink and toilet has a water shut off located under the sink and below the toilet. If these are leaking, please turn the water off immediately and contact a plumber.
Please familiarize yourself with the location of your breaker box in your unit in the event you need to turn off a breaker.
Additionally, please familiarize yourself with the rules and regulations of the building. There's a link below for the handbook. For a full listing of policies, rules and other information, we suggest you go to our Forms and Documents page.
