Overflow parking is available in the connected garages under our sister property, 1315 East. Additionally, 1315 East shares a beautiful patio area and exercise room on their sixth floor with us. Our property has key fob entries and lavishly landscaped gated courtyards.
But that's only a part of what we offer. We have an engaged and active community that gets together twice a year for a meet and greet afternoon at Zen Fusion Restaurant just across the street. There's an active Facebook page for communication about everything from what's going on in the building to sharing rides to newly opened plays.
